Kashmir November 2014 - Floods - 200 Boxes
The catastrophic Kashmir floods of 2014 initially peaked in September, but their devastating aftermath, including massive displacement, destroyed livelihoods, and ongoing rehabilitation and relief efforts, heavily defined the region through November 2014. Triggered by unprecedented monsoon rainfall, the Jhelum and Chenab rivers breached their banks, resulting in the worst flooding the region had seen in over a century.
